Who are the SHIPPOP PRO customers?
Customers who ship at least 1,000 parcels per month and use the SHIPPOP service continuously every month. You don’t have to enter the weight and dimensions of the parcels. Shipping costs are paid for actual usage only. If you have a website, you can use it instantly through an API connection.
What is the difference between SHIPPOP Pro customers and general customers?
SHIPPOP Pro customers will have different procedures to use the SHIPPOP system from general customers as follows:
- You can create shipment without entering the weight and dimensions of the parcels every time. When courier picked up or dropped off at various locations. The operator will weigh and measure the parcels instead but regular customers must always provide this information first.
- Pay the service fee according to the actual delivery. The SHIPPOP PRO customers are always able to create shipment and the service fee will be billed only for parcels that have been delivered (receive the parcel into the system) but general customers need to pay first when courier has been successfully created even the parcel is not yet delivered (receive the parcel into the system).
- Access to many benefits such as special promotions, withholding taxes, free training courses, etc. (all benefits is in upper section of this page)
Is there an application fee for SHIPPOP Pro customers?
Applying for a SHIPPOP Pro can be done in 2 ways:
4.1) Regular customers who have shipped more than 1,000 parcels will be able to get a free SHIPPOP Pro right away by registering at the website.
4.2) Regular customers with less than 1,000 parcels are able to qualify for a SHIPPOP Pro and have a membership fee of 999 baht per month, which can be registered at the website.
Payment of SHIPPOP Pro customers
Customers can request a billing cycle. You can choose a daily cycle, a weekly cycle. Or monthly cycle, SHIPPOP will continue to consider the criteria of the company.
